The Best Grilled Fajitas

These Fajitas are so great because they are so incredibly easy to make and taste delicious!

*This recipe makes about 4-5 fajitas

    • Half of a white onion

    • 1 red pepper

    • 1 green pepper

    • Half a pound of chicken breast

    • Small tortillas

    • Olive oil

    • Fajita seasoning packet (I usually use Old El Paso, but you can use any!)

    • Chipotle sauce (optional)

    1. Cut onion in half and set other half, covered in fridge. Slice the onion in half again vertically, cut onion rounds into fours, and set on a piece of tin foil sprayed with olive oil.

    2. Cut both peppers into slices and put onto tin foil next to the onions.

    3. Add salt and pepper and put tin foil on grill.

    4. Put chicken on grill next to veggies.

    5. Wait about 30 minutes with grill on medium, check frequently and flip veggies and chicken over.

    6. Once chicken is fully cooked, cut into small cubes.

    7. Take the Cooked Veggies off of the grill and transfer to baking sheet along with cubed chicken and mix together.

    8. Add 2/3 cup water and fajita seasoning packet and put back on grill for 2 minutes on low.

    9. Wait for simmer, mix, take off grill and enjoy with your favorite chipotle sauce!

Enjoy!
